  1. SPONSOR

The Win a Magical Family Cruise Vacation Sweepstakes, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sweepstakes,” is sponsored by 42 North Dental, LLC, 200 5th Ave, Waltham, MA 02451, referred to in these Official Rules as “Sponsor.”

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, referred to as the “Sweepstakes Period.” Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliated dental practices, Expedia Cruises Woburn, any prize fulfillment providers, advertising or promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by scanning the Sweepstakes QR code displayed on participating promotional materials and completing the official online entry form.

To enter without scanning a QR code, making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, receiving dental services, or visiting a participating dental office, eligible entrants may visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/0ae6e2-227477?framed=1 during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official online entry form.

The entry form may require entrants to provide their first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, state of residence, ZIP code, and any other information requested by Sponsor. Sponsor may require mobile phone verification by text message or another verification method before an entry is accepted. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and mobile phone number during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Multiple entrants may not share the same email address or mobile phone number. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, devices, accounts, registrations, logins, automated entry methods, or any other method may void all of that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, or corrupted entries.

  1. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

The following prizes will be awarded:

First Prize: One (1) travel booking credit valued at up to Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500), to be used toward eligible travel booked through Expedia Cruises Woburn, located at 186 Cambridge Rd #10, Woburn, MA 01801. The travel booking credit has no cash value, and any unused portion will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value: up to $5,500.

Second Prize: One (1) Visa gift card valued at Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Approximate Retail Value: $500.

Third Prize: One (1) Visa gift card valued at Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250). Approximate Retail Value: $250.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,250).

The First Prize travel booking credit must be used toward eligible travel booked through Expedia Cruises Woburn and may be applied toward travel selected by the winner and booked through Expedia Cruises Woburn, subject to availability, booking restrictions, supplier terms, travel dates, itinerary availability, and these Official Rules. Travel booking assistance will be provided by Expedia Cruises Woburn. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs or expenses exceeding the First Prize travel booking credit amount.

The First Prize may be used toward cruise fare, travel packages, taxes, fees, port expenses, or other eligible travel components only to the extent permitted by Expedia Cruises Woburn and the applicable travel supplier. Any costs not covered by the travel booking credit, including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, baggage fees, meals, gratuities, excursions, travel insurance, passports, visas, identification documents, medical requirements, incidentals, upgrades, cancellation fees, change fees, or costs exceeding the travel booking credit amount, are the sole responsibility of the First Prize winner.

The First Prize travel booking credit has a maximum value of $5,500. If the First Prize winner selects travel with a total cost of less than $5,500, the winner will not receive the difference in cash, credit, gift card, future travel credit, refund, or any other form of compensation. Any unused portion of the travel booking credit will be forfeited. The travel booking credit has no cash value and may only be used toward eligible travel booked through Expedia Cruises Woburn in accordance with these Official Rules.

Travel must be booked by the deadline provided by Sponsor and Expedia Cruises Woburn at the time of prize notification. If the First Prize winner is unable or unwilling to travel, unable to comply with applicable travel requirements, unable to book available travel within the required timeframe, or unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Visa gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, expiration dates, and restrictions printed on or associated with the gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any portion of a prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

  1. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

On or about August 30, 2026, Sponsor or its designated representative will randomly select three (3) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The first eligible entry selected will be the potential First Prize winner. The second eligible entry selected will be the potential Second Prize winner. The third eligible entry selected will be the potential Third Prize winner.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, and/or text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

Potential winners must respond to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days of the date and time of the first notification attempt.

Before being declared an official winner, a potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax forms, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant’s email address, phone number, mailing address, or other contact information.

  1. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners.

A winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize awarded, as required by law. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax consequences of accepting a prize.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Sponsor determines has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acted in violation of these Official Rules, attempted to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, or mobile phone numbers, used automated or fraudulent entry methods, acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination.

  1. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliated dental practices, Expedia Cruises Woburn, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

Sponsor and the released parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, wireless, network, electronic, internet, website, app, QR code, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays, or difficulties; lost, interrupted, unavailable, misdirected, or undeliverable network connections; failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications; or any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes.

  1. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, prize information, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

  1. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at 42northdental.com/giveaway, and may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy and any consent provided at the time of entry.

  1. TRAVEL FULFILLMENT PARTNER

Expedia Cruises Woburn, located at 186 Cambridge Rd #10, Woburn, MA 01801, will provide travel booking and fulfillment support for the First Prize. Expedia Cruises Woburn is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, winner selection, eligibility verification, or compliance with these Official Rules, except with respect to travel booking services it provides.

Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. WINNERS LIST

To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Win a Magical Family Cruise Vacation Sweepstakes Winners List, 42 North Dental, LLC, 200 5th Ave, Waltham, MA 02451. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
