Johnny Khouri joins 42 North Dental as Chief Operating Officer (COO) after more than 12 years at CVS Health. Johnny previously held operational leadership positions at CVS Health, including Vice President roles in all three main areas of the business – Pharmacy Operations, Retail Operations and Minute Clinic Operations.
At 42 North Dental, Johnny will lead an operations team that provides best in class support to all its affiliated dental practices. As a licensed Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Johnny brings a unique understanding of the provider-patient relationship to the leadership role. “My top priority will be creating an operational strategy centered on introducing solutions that create a frictionless experience for providers and patients to deliver high quality oral health care.” says Mr. Khouri. “My goal is to enable doctors and their teams to build stronger relationships with their patients while maintaining their clinical autonomy to optimize patient outcomes. This allows teams to advance professionally while growing our business to its fullest potential.”
