42 North Dental, a leading dental support organization, today announced that 42U, its learning and development platform, has won the inaugural “Great Results” Training Excellence Award from Talent LMS, a leading learning management system (LMS) provider. The award recognizes the outstanding usage of 42U and its centralized training for over a thousand learners throughout the 42 North Dental network of practices.
42U aims to give teams access to 24/7, on-demand classes to further their professional development and hone their skills at their pace and on their schedule. This investment in its employees’ education and development is a key part of 42 North Dental’s commitment to building a culture of quality.
