Today, we roll out Birdeye, a reputation and customer experience platform to our 110+ supported practices. Birdeye is a best-in-class technology that allows our teams to better gather and quantify patient feedback. The platform also aggregates insights through patient surveys, Google reviews, and a Net Promoter Score, sharpening our focus on the patient experience.
Hearing from patients is key to meeting our promise of providing the highest-quality dental care and patient experience. In late 2022, we completed a pilot with Birdeye across several of our supported practices. This pilot drove a 55% increase in total patient feedback allowing us to hear more feedback, in real time, giving us an immediate and actionable patient pulse.
