This summer, we’re launching our inaugural Implant Fellowship Academy in partnership with Keystone Dental Group. Applications for the inaugural Fellowship Academy opened earlier this year with an overwhelming response from 42 North Dental supported dentists. Because of this huge demand, a second Implant Fellowship Academy session will launch in early 2024.
After close review from clinical leaders, a group of 42 North Dental supported dentists were selected for the cohort. Through this fellowship, each will expand their practice of dentistry through best-in-class techniques for dental implants which benefits them, their teams, and their patients. The program begins this summer and extends through the end of 2023.
“Building our culture of quality to make it the standard in dentistry starts with our dentists. We want to ensure dentists and their teams receive relevant and impactful continuing education that goes beyond license requirements and truly benefits their careers, teams, and patients” says Dr. Michael Scialabba, Chief Clinical Officer at 42 North Dental. He continues “Partnering with Keystone Dental Group, we’re able to launch this Implant Fellowship Academy and look forward to more education partnerships in the future.”
The Academy consists of 3 levels ranging from digital learning to an in-person, hands-on class, and ending with an all-inclusive live surgical class. Level 3, the live surgical class, is a unique two-day opportunity where the cohorts’ dental assistants will learn alongside, building upon their chairside partnership. Our clinical team knows the importance of the dentist/assistant duo and believes that when teams learn together, it leads to a better patient outcome and patient experience.
We’re building a culture of quality and setting benchmarks in the dental industry. That starts with our commitment to our dental community. Partnerships with organizations like Keystone Dental Group allow us to provide unparalleled access to valuable in-depth, hands-on continuing education that truly benefits our supported clinical teams, their careers, and patients.
